Angus is a skilled communicator and experienced climate change leader with a track record of developing and implementing winning renewables and low-carbon strategies. He joined the Global CCS Institute in 2018. Before that, he was Vice President CO2 for Shell, where he shaped many CO2 activities, including its CCS strategy and helped to develop Shell’s leading position in the energy transition. Before leading Shell’s low carbon activities, Angus worked in its upstream businesses. Prior to that, he also worked in the power sector for ten years. Angus holds degrees from both the University of Stirling and the Henriot-Watt University.
